Assisted collections are available only to residents with a disabilty or mobilty problem where no other able bodied person living at the same address can assist.

The collection team will collect waste or recycling from the agreed location on your property, empty the container and return it back to the same location. You will need to leave containers easily accessible for the crews, gates left unlocked where necessary from 6:30am on day of collection.
