What we do
Our vision
The Music Service provides a wide range of activities and opportunities that seek to encourage all children and young people to participate, enjoy and achieve through music.
We provide high-quality music education and performance opportunities that awaken and nurture talent and creativity, build self-esteem, and bring the joy of music to people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.
All Music Service programmes and projects can help schools embed music-making into their own curriculum as well as offer school development plans and support towards inspection and external accreditation. The Music Service is proud to be an Artsmark Supporter and Partner organisation.
What do we do?
The Music Service provides instrumental and vocal tuition in and out of schools across St Helens as well as through our Music Centre base at St Helens Town Hall, where we also run a wide variety of bands, choirs, ensembles and specialist classes.
