Bankes Park
Bankes Park is an urban park located in the Billinge community, on Main Street, WN5 7HR, and is 1.53 Hectares in size. From the park there are views across farmland and open countryside towards the Billinge Beacon.

A short walk along Beacon Road, which is adjacent to the park, will take visitors up to Billinge Beacon. Billinge Hill, or 'Billinge Lump' as it is also known locally, is the highest point in Merseyside, and provides panoramic views across southwest Lancashire, North Wales, the Derbyshire Peak District, plus Winter Hill to the northeast.
