Equality Impact Assessments
The development of the Library Strategy has been influenced by the findings of detailed Equality Impact Assessments (EIA), which have been completed to identify the impact of proposed changes on people who share different protected characteristics.
There are separate EIAs for:
• all libraries which assess the implications of both the proposed closures and the proposed changes in delivery including operating hours
• Digital Library Service
• Home Delivery Library Service
